Passes cannot be refunded once bought. Subscriber can cancel subscriptions at any time only inside membership portal. Emailing does not cancel membership.
Go to my account & edit. You will see on bottom a section to cancel membership.
Gift Cards are sent after a 7 Day Trial once charged. If a gift card promo is sent via email to a subscriber there will be one billing cycle after trial period for $99 automatically & after that charge, the user can cancel membership.
NOTE: We do reserve the right to decline sending a gift card if Xplorer Pass™ Inc feels the user is taking advantage of promotion. If subscription is bought with fake credit card we will decline promotion being sent.
