The space
GREAT ROOM - the heart of the house, our main living room has sky high ceilings and windows facing to the south, flooding the space with light. There is a comfy leather couch and plenty of space for a group to lounge in front of the woodstove on cooler nights. Our giant dining table has seating for 8 to 10. The great room is surrounded on all sides by a wraparound deck with screen doors for easy indoor/outdoor living.

KITCHEN - designed and renovated by the owner, a professional chef, this is very literally a chef’s kitchen! Open to the great room and complete with a large island and brand new stainless appliances, including a Viking gas range, you will find all the tools and gadgets you need to make delicious meals for your crew. Just outside the kitchen door are both a gas grill and Traeger pellet grill for those summer BBQs.

BEDROOM 1 - second floor bedroom with king size bed, luxury Purple brand mattress, vaulted ceiling with fan and a private balcony overlooking the front yard.

BEDROOM 2 - ground floor bedroom with king size bed, desk, and a view of the mountains.

BEDROOM 3 - lower level bedroom with king size bed and desk.

LOFT - large open area with vaulted ceilings on the second floor that serves as a spacious office and/or an extra bedroom. Includes a desk with double monitors, a queen-size fold-out couch, and a balcony overlooking the backyard and mountains. Upon request, we can also set up a twin-size cot with memory foam mattress in the loft, or on the lower level adjacent to the TV area.

BATHROOMS - there is one newly renovated full bathroom on each of the three floors. The second floor bathroom has a luxurious walk-in double shower with a killer view of the mountains and a Toto bidet toilet (try not to spend all your time in here, there’s plenty else to do!). The main floor bathroom has a soaking tub with shower and a view of the mountains. The lower level bathroom has a corner shower.

TV ROOM - on the lower level, you'll find another living room with a large smart TV, surround sound speakers and sectional couch, perfect for movie or game nights.

OUTDOORS - the outdoor space is what makes this home truly special. Relax on our large wraparound deck with lounge area and hot tub overlooking a spectacular view of the mountains. Grill on the BBQ and take your meals outside at our large handmade cedar dining table. Get lost in a good book in one of the four hammocks on the porch or lawn. Challenge your friends to a game of bocce, croquet, corn hole or Kan Jam on the sprawling lawns. Take a dip or a float or stand-up paddle board around our private swimming hole, keeping an eye out for the resident blue heron. Take to the woods and explore one of our many hiking trails. Borrow one of our mountain bikes and explore the area. Roast marshmallows and stargaze sitting around one of our two firepits.
