Offering a menu of international cuisine with Hawaiian and pan-Asian influences. The aim of Mermaids is to serve healthy food in an informal atmosphere. As a result of this, diners at the Café will find a relatively full menu packed with a range of freshly-prepared and home-made dishes as well as a selection of freshly-made fruit drinks.

Mermaids Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu is comprised of Breakfast Burrito, Eggs Mermuffin, and Two Eggs served any style with a choice of hash browns and Bacon, Portuguese Sausage or English Muffin. For lunch or dinner, diners can choose from a selection of home-made salads, wraps and entrées. Tacos and Black Bean Burrito also features as does Coconut Curry, Peanut Satay and Sesame Stir Fry Noodles. Additionally, there are a number of options on the menu to suit vegan, vegetarian and keiki tastes. While there are no alcoholic beverages, there is a selection of soft drinks, iced tea and iced coffee. And as well as the on-site menu, Mermaids Café caters for parties and functions. Priding itself on offering healthy, tasty food from all over the world, Mermaids Café is also proud of its home-made beverages, all of which are made with locally-produced fruits and vegetables.
